These terms apply to purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.

 

Ordering

All original paintings and handmade prints are sold subject to availability. Once payment has been received, your order will be confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

If paying by bank transfer or cheque, items will be reserved and dispatched once funds have cleared.

 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£).

​

Payment can be made securely via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required. Bank transfer and cheque payments are also accepted by prior arrangement.

​

Instalment payments may be arranged in advance via PayPal.

​

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within one working day of cleared payment.

​

Prints are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For.

Paintings are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and are fully insured.

​

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Free postage applies to orders over £50 (UK) and £100 (international).

​

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs handling charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Following Brexit, EU deliveries may incur additional charges beyond my control.

Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

 

To cancel, you must notify me in writing within 14 days of delivery.

​

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

​

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of safe return of the item.

 

Returns

If a painting or print is not as expected, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

​

Items must be returned securely packaged using an equivalent tracked and insured service. Refunds will be processed once the work has been safely received in its original condition.

​

Returns are not available on international purchases unless the item arrives damaged.

​

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Commissions

I am not currently accepting commissions.
