This is a limited edition linocut.
 
Blackbirds are very keen on ivy and this chap was observed feasting on the berries this winter. I was very pleased to see that blackbirds are now nesting in the same ivy plant that cover a wall next to my house.
 
Each is hand printed and pulled with environmentally-friendly, waterbased ink on heavyweight quality, soft Fabriano ivory paper.
 
The actaul size of the print is H17cm x W12cm and is printed on paper H36cm x W25cm.
 
Each print varies slightly due of the pressure and amount of ink, so each one is unique.
Limited edition of 50 (plus 5 Artist's Proofs).
 
Each print is signed, titled and numbered by the artist.
 
Each print is packed with cellophane and archival tissue, has a board backing, is carefully wrapped and posted flat in a stiff cardboard envelope.

Love this very talented artisan. I treasure my print. Was purchasing the card to see how I liked it and decided not to wait. Glad I did not. Well packed, arrived very quickly.
